WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Every project we receive gets attention within the hour. We are fortunate enough to have the resources to offer you four options for turning your project designs in to fully functional code.
#1 - 71 hours
#2 - 48 hours
#3 - is our Lightning Service, within 24 hours and
#4 - is our Express service.
Our Express Service takes priority over everything and gets seen to immediately. So 99.99% of the time same day service. (within 8 hours)

Our business days are Monday – Friday. If you require timeline adjustments, we can check for possible expedited delivery and weekend work. If there are changes in our schedule, we will display the information on our site for our clients.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE COMPLETED MARKUP?
Yes is the short answer.
Simply send over a list of changes you want to make. We are happy to assist with minor amendments, even if they are not included in your original project brief. If the updates were not originally discussed or sent within the brief and require a lot more of effort, the changes will be treated as a separate project and quoted accordingly.
We are more than happy to assist you with updates to your project, even if it's far into the future. We take pride in our relationships with our clients and we would never just deliver a project and leave it there. Our relationship is very important to us and we want to work with you on many projects not just this one.

You can pay using your PayPal account too. If you are unable to use any of the above-mentioned payment methods then please contact us and we will endeavour to help you.
WHAT TYPES OF SOURCE FILES DO YOU ACCEPT?
The most preferred source files we accept are layered PSD, TIFF or PNG files.
If layered files are not submitted, we also accept flattened designs in other formats like JPEG or PDF. For PDF source files please specify the exact page dimensions in pixels. Please remember sometimes it is difficult or undesirable to use flattened files for certain elements. Projects with flattened designs usually require extra time to complete.
The design files you submit should utilise RGB color schemes. If the design uses the CMYK color scheme, we will convert it to RGB and ask for your confirmation on the result. Please note that this may take additional time and some tints may differ from the original version.
We can also use your existing markup as a source. Please provide us with the local version of the page and we will use it for re-slicing.
If you are unsure about any of the points above, simply upload the files you have, and ask us our thoughts on it and we will advise you from there.
DO YOU NEED ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM ME IF I ORDER LAYOUT WIDTH: FLEXIBLE?
If you choose the Layout Width: Flexible option, please confirm the following:
How the pages should stretch horizontally.
Which elements should be fixed and which one should be flexible; also what the alignment of the elements should be.
We would also appreciate if you could provide us with a screenshot showing the page at higher resolutions.
The minimum width of the pages will match the width of the design files provided. Thank you
